Good morning, as you mentioned that your wife is suffering from a running nose and cold and also she is breastfeeding a 3 month old baby and she is taking TAB MONTECEYL. As you are worried that weather the tablet is safe for the child and your wife as she is breastfeeding, it is safe to take the tablet if it for a short course. As this tablet contain Levocitrizine and Montelukast, and both of these drugs can appear in the breast milk. Levocitrizine when secreted in breast milk in larger doses may cause drowsiness, decreased BP, etc in child, and usually is avoided in small children. Even Montelukast is passed into milk. So here the question comes is how worse is the condition of a mother and how healthy is the baby. If the baby is completely healthy the tablet can be taken for a short period of time, say like 3-4 days.
