I Am Having Corneal thickness of 598 for both eyes

Yes.. your iop reading will be falsely high..
You have to reduce your iop by 3 to get corrected iop.

Uf you have a family history of glaucoma then it’s advisable to get a visual field test done

IOP will show higher than normal, in all tonometers, including Air puff, schiotz, Goldmann.
It is advisable that whatever your IOP is, subtract (reduce) 3 from the value which is coming.
Having a higher corneal thickness is good, and is considered to be one of the protecting factors against Glaucoma.
