Continuously loosing weight

Im loosing my weight from 5 months continuously. I feel lazy evertime , not able to do work . Now i cant run becouse my bones get pain . Im 17 years old . There was a time when i was fit and fine but suddenly i become skiny . Please give me some advice to gain weight in a routine schedule!
