Continuous on and off fever with cold

The fever is continuously on and off along with cold cough and body ache.. And head ache . This is happening since 26th of July.. And extreme weakness is there he can't move at all. Not having food for days..

Please take him to a hospital. He is not to be treated at home if he has extreme weakness, can't move at all and he hasn't taken any food for many days.
