Hi , this is mainly due to overstraining your eye with over usage of contact lens both leading to dryness and eye fatigueness
Follow the following:
1.)20/20/20 rule (Set a timer to remind you to look away every 20 minutes at an object that is about 20 feet away for a full 20 seconds) take short breaks inbetween (every 30mins for 1-2 mins) try to focus distance and near .
2) use lubrication genteal eye drops or refresh tears 4 times a day for month then can tapper
3)drink 4-5 litres of water per day
4) blink voluntarily for a minute like during breaks
5) You can start doing eye exercises as much as possible (10-100) per day
