I have black spots in inner cheeks what is the reason behind?? Some doctors said its melanin pigmentation only homoepathic doctor said its lichen please help me is it serious issue or just normal?? Is this curable

This pigmentation is normal and its looking as if it is due to cheek bite. Lichen planus generally happens in older females or those who are having stress . lichen planus have burning sensation .Try to maintain the 3rd molar area its looking like some swelling is there.

Hi.. That may be due to trauma from occlusion means cheek bite or may be any pathology like lichen planus also.But lichen planus generally appears purple in colour . Better get once check up done by good dentist.Don't worry. It can be cured . Thanks
