Hi I am suffering from constipation from long Please suggest me some food which is good for cure constipation

Gud evening pls try to have fiber containing foods in moderate amounts like fruits,green vegs n leafy vegs,tender coconut water n curd for maintaining good digestive system with adequate water intake more than 2ltrs,exercise daily for 30-40mins minimum.
