Constipation
Hello, I am 25 years old now. Since January 2022 i am constipated. I am not able to empty my bowel completely. I feel irritated due to this now. Since yesterday i am experiencing mild pain in my upper abdomen area just below my chest.
Constipation should be treated by medicines if it is a short term goal (like you are going for an operation tomorrow and today you must pass stools). But if it is a lingering problem for a very long time then you should think of life style changes.
