My niece of 4 years old had constipation problem 4 days back.consulted doctor and they have given medication(colicacid) and it was better. But since 2 days she got viral fever and was prescribed antibiotic(clamp-kid)..now since evening again she is suffering from stomach ache and has fever,she has not eating any thing and dinner also .Can we give antibiotic in empty stomach ?
