Constant Toothache

I've been having a toothache for 3 days, it really hurts every evening but kinda normal whenever I'm at work. I hope for your most positive response. Thank you very much!

Tooth ache might be due to dental decay and infection. Tooth pain usually increase at night and reduce when your are awake. It's already three days chances of infection spread to the adjacent soft and hard tissues is more if left untreated. Do visit a near by dentist and start with your treatment as soon as possible.

There may be a deep cavity in the tooth,,see a dentist asap and get it filled,,till that time you can do warm saline(salt) rinses 4-5 times daily and avoid chewing hard food or any food from the painful side.

It could be a deep cavity. Please consult a dentist . You may require a filling or a root canal depending on how deep the cavity is .

Do visit a dentist close by and get an Xray done ... the doctor will prescribe you medicines for pain relief and also plan your treatment based on your Xray..
