Constant toothache after root canal

Hiii since last session of root canal I have been experiencing pain in the tooth which was not there before. I m jus one step away from permanant filling

Hello, It may happen that some residual bacteria is present there. It happens sometimes that some of the bacteria remains that causes formation of abscess(pus) in the area below tooth roots that causes pain. Or alternatively pain occur due to overfilling of the canal or any filling that is causing impingement on gums.

Plz visit ur dentist tomorrow morning and till then take tab ketorol Dt s-o-s Looks like there is a cavity in other neighboring tooth and needs some treatment. Also get the intraoral x-ray done in order to decide the exact cause and treatment.
