Constant SpO2 in 96-95% range

2025-07-31 10:41:06
I have been noticing since 2 years that my SpO2 remains between 96-95% whereas everyone in my family gets 98-99% on the same device. I don't have any issue nor any history of disease but still I don't know why it remains in this range. I read on internet that it is below normal range and I check it daily twice. Is it concerning?

Spo2 varies for everyone, above 95s with no clear symptom is a completely normal finding, no need to worry

Any reading of SpO2 from 95% onwards is considered as normal. You should be happy as long as the reading is 95% or above. I don't know what your height is but certainly everyone in the family may not be of the same height.  So your next question may be why your height is 5'6" when your brother is 5'8" .
