I have been having pain in my shoulder. Back side not in back or waist Whenever I move my right hand i could feel the pain. It happens as i take this side while sleeping but cant resist.

Core Strengthening Exercises.
Gentle Neck Exercises.
Avoid sleeping on affected side..
Warm up and cool down is a must.

Do Ice application for 10 minutes 3-4 times every day for a week.
Avoid sleeping on the shoulder.
Avoid movement which are giving you pain.
