Constant pain in neck

I can move my neck left side but can't even move a degree on the right, the pain goes down till the back shoulders.

Hello Dear This is muscular spasm that is restricting the movement. The SCM, trapezius and levators are in spasm not letting you go full neck movements. With proper physiotherapy sessions and  gentle stretching you will recover Best of luck

This is absolutely pain of SCM ,and levator scapulae and partially  upper fiber of trapezius. .. Plz visit to a physiotherapist ..he/she will release your involved muscles with manaul techniques or drynesdling. kinesiotaping ..and cervi4 spine mobilization exercise. ..
Next Steps
followed by release   they will teach u neck muscles stretching strengthning exercises. ..
