I'm sorry to hear about your mother's pain and difficulty with walking and balance. It sounds like she has been through a lot with the spine surgery and chemo treatment. It is good that an MRI has been done, as it can help to identify any potential issues with the spine or surrounding tissues. Based on the information provided, it is difficult to determine the exact cause of your mother's pain and difficulty with walking and balance. It is possible that the symptoms may be related to her previous spine surgery or cancer treatment. It is important for her to follow up with her doctor or specialist to review the results of the MRI and discuss the best course of action. In the meantime, it is important for her to continue taking her prescribed medications and following any recommended physical therapy or exercises to help manage her pain and improve her mobility. It may also be helpful for her to rest and avoid any activities or movements that aggravate her symptoms.
