Constant humming noise in my right ear

I am bothered my constant humming noise in my right ear particularly when I am alone for about a week now. I also have a mild cold and my ears also have wax.

Hello, Ringing or buzzing noise in one or both ears can be defined as tinnitus. It's called tinnitus.. commonly it occurs due to eutachian tube dysfunction associated with cold.. take steam inhalation.. gentle valsalva manouvre.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
