Constant disc pain

I have been facing disc pain. And Disc dessication with disc bulge at the level of L5 / S1 causing narrowing of left neural foramina and effacting the perineural fat of left exiting nerve roots son now what should I do.

• Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
