I want to talk upon my diet chart .iam lean nd getting skinny fat on my abdominal . Daily i eat lots of protine carbs and fat daily i m doing my work out but my size not increase like i eat daily i am doing gym lifting high weight eating properly but it took skiny fat on my abdominal what schould i do help me
Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass.
