My daughter is having cold..her body seems slightly warm..should I consult a doctor or should I give her paracetamol drops once

You can give syrup paracetamol at 15 mg per kg per dose every 4- 6 hourly if temperature more than 100.4 degree farenheit You can try nasoclear nasal saline drops in both nostril every 6 th hourly You can try syp chlorpheniramine or tablet chlorpheniramine 4 mg at 0.1 mg / kg at morning and night

Hi Check temperature if it's more than 99F Then u can give paracetamol U can use nasoclear drops in nostrils 4th hrly If temperature not relieved then visit paediatrician
