I'm having cold due to that having headache on my right side forehead area above my eyebrows. Since morning getting pain on & off. Any recommendations what tablet i can have. I'm allergic to Oflox. So keeping in mind pl suggest the same

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to sinusitis. Take tab montek fx morning and night after food for 5 days. Tab paracip 650 twice a day after food for 3 days.

No need for antibiotics. 1.Take steam inhalatiin tbrice daily for 5 minutes at a time.it will clear your nasal passage and also the headache.if severe,paracetamol 500 mg cam be taken fir headache at 8 hrly interval. 2.take plenty of fluids 3.rest
