Cold cough khasi Fever sometime Not willing to eat anything weakness came Urine yellow - even not coming normally Taking Shelcal tonoferon before after lunch Maxtra drops and calpol  if fever Plz suggest any better medicine for cough Any infection medicine required like agupen ??? Plz help

Continue calpol evry 6 th hrly for fever. Continue maxtra . For cough mucolite drops 1ml thrice a day for 5 days.stop tonoferon and shelcal for sum days u can continue after fever subsides.
Next Steps
Antibiotic will b given based on weight of child .
