Cold compressed for dry eyes

My eyes feel dry and strained from 15 to 20 days .whenever I use cold compress it gives me relief. How long can I do cold compress and how many times a day... For how many days I can continue with cold compress. I also use eco tears eye drops once or twice a day.

Hello A. You can do cold compresses as much as you like. However,2-3 times daily helps B. You can continue doing cold compresses and include this in your routine C.keep using eco tears 3-4 times daily

Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression for 10 min Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination
