I have cold ,scratchy throat and having light pain in muscles.kindly suggest some medicine to recover

Do u mean irritation in the throat. May be its a flu

Provisional diagnosis- Acute upper respiratory tract infection Medicine- Tab- Azithromycin 500 mg  1 time per day for 3 day after food Tab- montec - Lc   1 time per day for 3 day in the evening Cap- Vizylac 1 time per day for 3 day , take with Azithromycin Cap- Any multivitamin like  A to Z 2 time per day for 5 day 
Next Steps
Don't take any cold food take warm or hot soup
Health Tips
After 3 day if symptom again come then take consultation cause some test can be required to find what is the exact cause behind those symptom .
