My child I've been cold and cough and can't able to breath properly in past one week Am already seen in govt hospital but still not cure they will give medicine nasoclear saline nasal spray my boy baby age is one month

Please consult another Paediatrician and have him examined if no relief from cough,  cold after saline nasal spray.
