Hi ,My kid frequently falling sick,she is getting cough and cold frequently can i use ayurvedic medicines for my kid,any medicines for improving resistance power

Ayurvedic medicines are very effective in treating such cases without having any side effects. Need to know if your kid is having a productive cough/ dry cough. Any associated symptoms like feveror breathing difficulties? Gopichandanadi tablet and Indukanthamrutham syrup can be given. Consult online for proper dosage of the medicines .
Next Steps
Make sure your daughter is taking a nutrient rich diet. Check Vit D3 if she is weak and is getting recurrent infections .
