From 2 days I'm having cold and blocknose no fever I taken azithral 500mg , lecope AD once in a day ..today I'm having fever 100 .cold ,blocked nose ,shall I continue azithral or I should start augmentin 625 mg ...with sinarest as it contains dolo+ lecet.. Kindly tell which tablet I want take

Pls don't start on u r own any medication especially with antibiotics, changing of antibiotics frequently causes resistance to the microorganisms and in future no drugs will be effective
