Hello Sir, How much cod liver oil capsule needs to be taken per day(In mg)?. Will it's overdose cause any problem? Each capsule is 300mg. For 19 year old,How much capsule should be taken per day? Thanks In Advance.

Hello.yes one capsule is enough...do not worry about it .you need not take more than one capsule a day and its really not required as its only supplement... hypervitaminosis might be there...thank you
