Dear mam, You are suffering from coccycodynia or pain in coccyx tail bone. Coccyx bone is a vestigial bone just like appendix which has no functional value in human body but it can get injured or inflamed which is the cause of pain. It is very important to distinguish between a pain of coccyx or low back pain or any other cause may be an infection. We can get a xray coccyx- ap and lateral veiw and share the films to see if coccyx is bent or ok.

The pain is not due to the pregnancy or delivery but due to the increased need to sit before and after delivery. This prolonged sitting causes awkward postures which exert loads on your tail bome giving pain. Modify the way you sit and work such that the tail bone is offloaded.

Unusual after delivery, any injury? Need to sit on soft pillow with hollow Center. Change posture of feeding. Thanks

Try n sit on cushions esp designed for this called Coccydynia cushions. Also try n sit once a day in hot water baths (sitz bath). MAKING these modifications will improve it.
