Coccyx injury
Had a fall 4 days back, now coccyx is paining while sitting position. Not much issue in standing position.
X-ray done yesterday, radiologist report suspected fracture on coccyx. but not major one.
What should I do now?
It's called as coccydynia. Treatment for that is avoidance of pressure on that area for around 1 month
Coccyx cushion seat is available which you need to carry with you and sit on it only
Luke warm seitz bath over that area daily twice
Some antiinflammatory medication for a week
Hopefully you will be fine in a months time.
