Respected doctor for this coccydynia I have tried using every sort of treatment be it ice treatment soft pillow while sitting,if I use soft pillow then entire pressure comes to my buttock region due to which the entire pressure shifts to my buttock region, as per xray report i have type 2 coccyx , and a clinical condition called retro metalisthesis in 2nd coccygeal segment

You should use round pillow instead of soft pillow that will be available on amazon app or any other pharmacy store
.
Do sitz bath that is you have to sit in a tub of luke warm water for 15 min twice daily
Tab zerodol -MR twice daily for 5 days
Tab calcium once daily for 30 days
Tab pan 40 mg before breakfast for 5 days
