3 year ago cancer treatment done carcinoma toung type cancer so....what is ur suggestion on the treatment for mouth open... becz it is necessary to remove tooth from mouth it get removed small parts of tooth so help me out of such painy situation

No it's not necessary to remove teeth. First you should see a good physiotherapist.. If after the physiotherapy the problem persists then you can get the tooth removed (entire tooth  not part of tooth).

Mouth opening can be done by physiotherapy. U meet a physiotherapist. If any problem in further mouth opening. U can meet cancer surgeon

Why is your mouth closed.. Is this due to trismus... Have you ruled out tumor recurrence .. Get scan first to know that pain is not due to cancer relapse.. If everything turns out normal and pain is due to tooth meet physiotherapist for trismus then tooth management is possible
