Chronic neck pain and new back pain

I have been experiencing neck/cervical pain for the past few years and recently started having back pain. I have a sitting job that aggravates the pain a lot. I had an MRU dine per suggestion by a family member. Please review if it is something serious with my spine? What should I do? My appointment is next week but I am getting anxious about this.
