Hey! I am a amauture snowboard rider and I have been noticing problems with both my knees, in the mornings the feel ache and and hard to move especially when boarding. I broke my right patella 8 months ago and felt as if I recovered fully and had a very minor tear in my left muniscus a few weeks after recovery. I do believe that’s what I’m feeling is from my past injuries but I just wanted another ear, I am 15 years old and really don’t want this to affect me and my sponsors relationship and my
