Hello sir... As u said disc prolapse... Could u please tell in which vertebra?? Your mri report is needed.. It would be good if you can share the mri flim.... Disc prolapse treatment is either surgery or Panchakarma... I will suggest to go for Panchakarma treatment it will not be Treated well only with medication... And at the age of 63 surgery is a bit risky...
