I have been suffering from Severe Anxiety and uncontrolled negative thoughts which also caused insomnia. Can anyone please help me?

It would be better,  if you could visit a psychologist in your city personally. Because,  to identify the reason for your Anxiety and to handle that, you need to discuss  in detail.
