Your lipid profile results show raised total cholesterol triglycerides and LDL- bad cholesterol and good HDL or good cholesterol. Alcoholic beverages definitely have an effect on lipids and liver function. Your thyroid function tests show normal T4 and T3 and decreased TSH , possibility that the dosage of elthroxin need to be adjusted .
