Uric acid is the product of protein metabolism in your  body. So any protein specifically animal protein like chicken,  mutton or beef also egg white and fish which are protein packed food can increase uric acid in body. If you are a gout patient you need to lower NOT completely cut down on your protein intake plus ur gout meds and hydration will keep serum uric acid in check.
