There's a mild BV prominence noted in the xray of the chest.These changes could be a normal finding or related to asthma, bronchitis if you have any of these.Generally this xray is alright.

There is abnormal increase of broncho vascular margin. Might be some sort of chest infection . Will correlate clinical examination and history of symptoms.

Need more details to give an opinion. Why was the x-ray done in the first place?

Lymph nodes and hilarious shadows are prominent, but unless some clinical problem,  it is insignificant.  Because that can be due to exposure to dust, cold, cough, I.e. minor problems happening over time.
