Smoking( active or passive) may cause such x ray. Correlation of symptoms and x ray is needed.

Lymph nodes and hilarious shadows are prominent, but unless some clinical problem,  it is insignificant.  Because that can be due to exposure to dust, cold, cough, I.e. minor problems happening over time.
