Chest tight n ecg

Is this ecg okay. Yesterday night felt tightness in chest n throat n hot flushes.. it got fine n went to deep sleep.. today Whole day fine still got this ecg done... But now again at night same symptoms have started... I also feel acidic taste in mouth.. cud it be coz I stopped taken pantop suddenly so having arebound reflux? Thanks
