I m having mild chest pain from last two days in left side chest in different areas. Need to know why

Please go for ecg, echo, TMT, to exclude heart problem. Pain could be due to musculoskeletal problem, dyspepsia,  cardiac problem. If cardiac issue tests are negative, then taking treatment for other problems will help cure ir.
