These images of scrotum appear normal. However you have not mentioned why have you uploaded the images?One has to inspect ,palpate to determine size ,to elicit pain and if doubtful will be asked to do ultrasound scan scrotum.You can consult with your doctor in your area.

Your testes are either normal or they may be small in size. They don't look swollen. Of course we don't diagnose a swelling of the testis by looking at the picture. The testes have to be felt and even subjected to sonography. Please consult a General Surgeon in your area.

Can't appreciate abnormal size here looks kinda fine... But I'd like to know how it feels when you touch it... Is it feeling fluid like or are you feeling full there? Is it paining when you touch it or is it paining all the time
