Checking ECG s

2025-07-14 18:57:15
I yesterday was having some breathlessness. I did ECG which showed a bit high heart rate due to anxiety while doing the ECG. Today as I was completely fine I did another ECG in which I was normal, no anxiety. Both ECGs are attached. Please check.

1st ECG is normal... But second ECG is suggestive of Sinus Tachycardia with Signs of Left ventricular Hypertrophy which is usually a sign of Systemic Hypertension. ( High BP) . Are U having any other symptoms like light headedness/ Mild Chest pain/ palpitations/ Breathless on exertion/ Easy Fatigue?

I think about 10 people on Practo have got their ECG done in the last 24 hours and all of them are 25-26 years old.

First ECG (done today without anxiety (according to the images provided)): Normal — this is reassuring and indicates your heart rhythm is currently stable. Second ECG (done during anxiety): Shows sinus tachycardia — which means a faster-than-normal heartbeat but with a normal rhythm. This is very common in situations of stress, anxiety, or exertion, and not necessarily a cause for concern if temporary. You experienced anxiety-related sinus tachycardia, which has now resolved. Your latest ECG is normal, so there’s nothing to worry about at this time.

Both ecg are normal. Tachycardia in the second one which is normal during excercise /anxiety or stress. Also it is normal to have breathlessness while doing sternous activities/excercise, that's a physiological response by your body.
