Severe anemia with raised platelet count is common finding. You should go for iron profile, vit b12 levels, peripherial smear, then next would be LDH. In these if any abnormality sugestive of malignancy ,then next would be bone marrow. Haematologist are better to deal such  cases

Get tests = iron profile, blood smear, vit B12. If negative, will need bone marrow biopsy because platelets are too high

She is suffering from severe iron deficiency anemia. Platelet count increases in iron deficiency anemia.

Thrombocyte count is very high.  No other parameter suggests Leukemia. A bone marrow biopsy is required.
