Check my ecg, Anxiety/panic symptoms

2026-05-26 11:52:05
Respected doctors, please check my attached ECG photo. Doctor reviewed it manually and said it looks okay. Since around 1 month I have been having anxiety/panic symptoms with fast heartbeat, tremors and occasional shortness of breath after activity, symptoms improve on their own but again started ..Doctor suggested Nexito and Zapiz 0.5. CBC, sodium and potassium were normal, CRP 21 and ESR 12. I also have liver enzyme elevation and was advised abdominal USG. Echo done 3.5 years ago was normal. Does this ECG look reassuring overall? I often fear heart or lung issues although lungs were manually checked by physician he said lungs clear pls check my ecg is it normal?

ECG shows sinus tachycardia at 101 bpm but is otherwise normal — no ST changes, no arrhythmia, QTc within acceptable range. The machine report also confirms "sinus tachycardia, otherwise normal ECG." Fast heartbeat with anxiety and panic is very common and not a sign of cardiac pathology. Your echo being normal 3.5 years ago, CBC and electrolytes being normal, and lungs being clear are all reassuring. The liver enzyme elevation needs follow-up though — please complete the abdominal USG your doctor advised. Continue Nexito and Zapiz as prescribed and follow up with your physician.
Next Steps
Complete abdominal USG, continue prescribed medications, and follow up with your doctor in 2-4 weeks or earlier if symptoms worsen.

Your ECG appears reassuring overall. It shows sinus tachycardia (slightly fast heart rate), which is commonly seen with anxiety, stress, panic episodes, poor sleep, caffeine intake, dehydration, etc. I do not see obvious signs of acute cardiac ischemia, dangerous arrhythmia, or major structural abnormality on the attached ECG.
Next Steps
However, if symptoms persist, recurrent evaluation may still be useful to rule out common reversible causes of tachycardia such as: thyroid dysfunction (TSH) anemia vitamin deficiencies excessive caffeine/stimulants lack of sleep/deconditioning Mild CRP elevation alone is nonspecific and should be interpreted clinically. Follow your doctor’s advice regarding abdominal ultrasound and liver enzyme evaluation.

Above ecg looks normal. But a normal ecg cannot rule out cardiac disease. Do u have chest pain, that increases on walking? Shortness of breath that increases on walking?
