Cervix 2.9cm at 28 weeks

My cervix is 2.9 cm internal os is closed. 28 weeks 4 days pregnant. Is this cervix size normal ? Am I at a risk of preterm labor or early delivery? This is my first pregnancy, age 30 Growth scan and blood reports are normal.

Below 2.5 is short cervix 2.9 means it’s on lower side of normal You need to be on bed rest And minimal activity
