Dear, cervical spondylosis is loss of normal curvature of cervical spine mainly due to muscle spasms, due to aging or due to lifestyle. Loss of curvature narrows the path for nerves passing through it leading to inflammation of nerves causing pain.
Next Steps
Hot fomentation Neck extension exercises Short wave diathermy application Muscle relaxant such as Zerodol-TH4 Avoid long sitting, excessive use of phones etc.
Health Tips
If still not relieved, get yourself examined and get MRI done.

Cervical spondylosis is a degenerative condition of the cervical spine, which is the part of the spine located in the neck region. It occurs due to the wear and tear of the bones and cartilage in the cervical spine over time, leading to the development of bone spurs and narrowing of the spinal canal. This can cause pressure on the spinal cord and nerves, resulting in symptoms such as neck pain, stiffness, and tingling or numbness in the arms, hands, legs, or feet. Even after maintaining a good lifestyle and exercising daily, you may still be experiencing symptoms of spasms and tingling in your feet and hands due to the ongoing degenerative changes in your cervical spine. These changes may have progressed despite your best efforts to prevent them, leading to further compression of the spinal cord or nerves. It is important to have a follow-up evaluation with your doctor to determine the cause of your symptoms and to discuss treatment options. Depending on the severity of your symptoms, your doctor may recommend medications, physical therapy, or other non-surgical treatments. In some cases, surgery may be necessary to relieve pressure on the spinal cord or nerves.
