Posterior disc osteophyte complex and disc herniation C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7. From 40 days, Pain at left shoulder blade radiating towards left arm till finger, tingling and numbness sensation in left hand, pain at biceps and triceps.

Based upon your history and MRI images you have cervical spine problem..you have cervical spondylosis and disc disease..it needs neurological examination to correlate your symptoms and images..so consult a neurosurgeon and follow his advice

There is significant compromise and straightening if the spine at C5-6. If you have muscle weakness better to get operated, else give a trial of good regular physiotherapy for 3-4 weeks.
