Cbc test RBC level

I did cbc test...my RBC levels of  4.07 are low...my haemoglobin level is 12.5... my RBC level is 4.07whereas the reference is 4.2-5.2...is this low RBC level dangerous ?? I am very scared...pls help me...I have attached the report ... I am a hypothyroid patient... kindly help me with the reasons for low RBC...

RBC is on slightly lower side. Don't worry. Take fresh fruits and vegetables. Follow healthy lifestyle. Daily exercise and yoga. Hypothyroidism is very common nowadays. Don't worry.Take medicine regularly for hypothyroidism.

Your RBC level is not bad. You should be happy as long as your Haemoglobin level is comfortable. Hypothyroidism is a different disease which needs a separate treatment.
