Hi sir,ma'am CBC report as in attached image, I see few bold values...I do have high cholesterol and acidity else no symptoms...is this report ok or any tests? Pls guide..

CBC results show a slight rise in lymphocytes , which could be due to recent viral infection.Dont be concerned about the marginal increase in total rbc count and pcv. Inadequate water intake , dehydration smoking could be the reason

According to your report you have mild Increase in the  RBC , Lymphocyte and Hematocrit but Little bit decrease in MCH and MCHC . You have said that you high cholesterol so for that you should do lipid profile.
