Can you see area marked with arrow in picture , is this cavity or tooth decay. What is the treatment for it. When i tried to check using my nails it seems hollow from root.

Hello You need to go for Dental scaling and polishing. Later on the tooth in question seems to have cavity which needs to be cleaned and filled.
